If you would like more information please contact me by phone, text or email. If you call and I am not able to pick up the call I will reply to your message as soon as I can. We can then arrange a meeting if it feels you would like to pursue Counselling or Psychotherapy.
I offer in person sessions and also Zoom, Skype and phone sessions.
I always reply to enquiries within twenty four hours and my aim is to respond within three or four hours. There have been a few occasions when my email reply has gone to a junk/trash box. So if you ask for a reply by email and don't receive one it might be worth checking your spam/junk box.
Because it is fundamentally important that a person feels comfortable with their therapist and confident that they can speak about whatever concerns they might have I usually suggest having an initial single appointment as this can be the most helpful way to decide whether to take things forward.
At this initial consultation we will talk through what has brought you to look for therapy at this point in your life and what you might be hoping for in the process. You have the opportunity to consider whether you would like to continue and we can reflect together about whether I am the most appropriate person to help you.
Starting Counselling and Psychotherapy is a big decision and there is often much to discuss.
